Ocean views from the dock and porch! Dock amenities include dock posts, cleats and fish cleaning table. Covered porch with comfortable lounging furniture overlooking the water. Interior features tile flooring, mounted living room flat screen TV, full line of appliances, washer, dryer, ceiling fans and central A/C. Sleeping accommodations include a Queen size bed in the Master bedroom and a private bathroom, a Queen bed in the Guest bedroom. Additional sleeping accommodations include a sleeper sofa in the living room. Downstairs features access to a secure storage room, 2 bikes, bait freezer and covered parking. Additional amenities include in-home free WIFI, basic cable, and gas grill.

As long time visitors of the keys, we have stayed at all kinds and levels of places. Typically we stay in key west but wanted to try something different this trip. Overall, we could'nt have been happier. The space was perfect for our family of 4 and 2 dogs. The location on the canal was perfect, allowing us easy access for our paddleboards and use of a rental boat. The view down the canal made for great sunrises and the elevated property made for a great place to relax underneath and hangout by the water. The house has a brand new propane grill and all amenities you could need. The community was secure, everyone was friendly, and there seemed to be fun activities always happening. The homeowners, Art and Sue were great to deal with. Even after an issue arose on our part, they were super understanding and accommodating.

Great Stay in Cujoe Key

This property has it all. Canal access to the open water, 2br 2 bath which is great for 2 couples staying like us, a cute coffee shop and boutique within walking distance. Overall fantastic!! We had a bit of a snafu during check in where the guard wasn't aware we were coming in Sunday instead of Monday, but that got ironed out. The owners were super responsive. One warning tho - you can only park 1 vehicle at the house and you are only allowed 1 extra vehicle in overflow parking which is first come first served. If you have a boat trailer and 2 cars, you will have to find an offsite location to park the trailer for your stay.

Venture Out has all the amenities anyone would need! The pool was great, community store had all the basics as well as an easy boat ramp with fuel access. The accommodations were perfect, we had a 2/2 fully furnished included all the essentials in the kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms . Nicely decorated and very clean. We hope to be back next year! We had a great stay here. Great location and very clean, well-equipped home. Our only issue was the living room TV screen went half black during our stay and did not get fixed. Normally we wouldn’t be spending much time watching TV on vacation, but with an 11-month old it was a needed amenity. Otherwise, we enjoyed our time in Cudjoe Key.

perfect keys vacation

For a fishing and diving vacation in the keys I can't imagine a better place. The house was great, clean, well stocked, comfortable, and cool. Keeping the boat right there was so easy. No matter what i write, it wouldn't do our stay justice. None of us wanted to leave. My only decision is when to try and rebook.

A perfect getaway

This cute little house sits right on the canal with gorgeous sunrises each morning and a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed sitting on the upstairs balcony most days with the constant breeze. Very clean and thanks for the extras like soap, paper towels, and spices! We didn’t have to go to the store for any of those little extras, just food and drinks. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful vacation home

The house was very nice. We rented a boat for the week and enjoyed having our boat just steps away. The outside areas upstairs and downstairs were wonderful. When we didn’t go out to eat we used the grill and ate outside. Thank you Sue, Art and Milo for allowing us to rent your home!
