Staff was very helpful and kind, room was modern and clean.it was a bit tucked back in a residential neighborhood, not close to a train station so you need a car. I would stay again and recomend.

Overall a good stay. Came in late and this location is some distance from Stuttgart city. I cant imagine staying here if i wasnt driving. Room was quite new, thoughtfully thought out and comfortable. Carpark felt deserted at night and what really annoyed me was the night reception telling us he would try to get us access to the carpark lift to our room... then left us waiting there for 20mins at 11pm and never came back. When we finally took our bags up, we heard the recept guy had gone home.

Even though I booked the lace for 5 nights, I ended sleeping there once and the place was beautiful! Better than I executed, check on/out was v smooth, staff were v polite and it’s on a safe neighborhood. I didn’t see many restaurants around tho. I recommend 💯

Das Zimmer lag zur Hotel-Eingangsseite. Be-und entladene Fahrzeuge störten zu später und auch zu früher Stunde die Ruhe. Auch Raucher und Handytelefonierer störten durch übermäßigen Lärm zu diesen Zeiten. Keine Funktion der elektr. angetriebenen Jalousinen. Da Klimaanlage nicht aktiv, konnte überwärmtes Zimmer nur durch Öffnen des Fensters mit obigen Problemen gelöst werden. Unsere Empfehlung: Nur noch Zimmer zur Friedhofsseite buchen.

Maus im Frühstücksraum

Eine Maus im Frühstücksraum und kein guter Umgang der Mitarbeitenden mit der Situation. Grundsätzlich ein echt schönes Hotel, mit neu renovierten Zimmern in ruhiger Lage. Eigentlich sehr empfehlenswert, aber die Detailsituation mit der Maus (und ich erspare allen Lesern die Details) lies einem den Appetit vergehen.

Die Zimmer im Plaza Residenz sind sehr sauber und super ausgestattet. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und hat eine große Auswahl. Das Hotel lässt eigentlich keine Wünsche offen. Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit.
