The location was convenient, and home is spacious. Beds were comfortable and plenty of linens were supplied. The kitchen is well-stocked and has high-end appliances; however some of the appliances are not intuitive and there was no information provided about them. Some issues that need to be addressed: upstairs air conditioning is so noisy it had to be turned off at night; ice-maker in the refrigerator doesn't work (trays were available to make ice cubes). At this price point I expected shower gel, shampoo and conditioner would be provided--it isn't. Didn't have need to communicate with host, so can't speak to responsiveness.
