Clean quiet budget hotel

Nice clean quiet room with tea and coffee but no milk. Comfortable lounge area with nice chesterfield sofas and free newspapers in the lobby. Good transport links about 5 min walk.

To me, this is more than a 2 stars hotel. It's really clean, staff very friendly and helpful. Maybe a fridge in the rooms should be added but overall, I am very satisfied. The hotel also offers a nice restaurant, not expensive with very good portions. I highly recommend it!

It was pretty nice and the room was very clean. I liked the stay and the location. The only thing that was not very comfortable for me was the pillow which was a bit low and I am used to having a memory foam one. Staff was super friendly and checkin quick

This is an extremely nice hotel with very nice staff. We did not eat at the hotel but the food looked very good from what we saw. The tram into the city is about a 10 minute walk and they are easy to use. Strasbourg is definitely worth a visit.

Used as an overnight stop on the way back up to the tunnel, it was ideal. 2 mins off the motorway and then a15 min walk into the old part of Strasbourg along the river. Really helpful staff on arrival. Cheap and cheerful would recommend.

Pleasant hotel close to Strasbourg centre.

Stay was excellent. The hotel is very close to Strasbourg centre, about 20min walk or a few minutes walk to the tram station. Rooms are basic but nice and clean. The only negative I felt was there was a bit of noise from other guests that seemed quite loud, guests next door chatting and above sounded like they were rearranging the furniture! The staff were great, really helpful and friendly. They even let us park our motorbike right outside the reception door which felt a lot safer. The hotel also has a really nice restaurant, the prices are okay but the food is good and there's some quirky decor on the walls like French horns. I think the breakfast was €10pp extra which we declined. It was a buffet breakfast but we only really have a hot drink in the morning so it didn't feel worth it. Overall a decent stay and we'd happily stay here again.

My partner and I travel frequently and we personally love a hotel that is outside of the main part of a city, for the quiet, but also within walking distance or near public transportation. The Comfort Hotel is a 35 minute walk to the Cathedral and situated in a quiet neighborhood. We had a car this trip so we needed parking and the hotel had that but not a lot, it did appear that there was street parking in the area as well. The breakfast offered at 10€ per person was ample and we have paid that price for a lot less in the past. Our room was on the 4th floor with a view of the river, it was spacious and contained a bed, desk, chair, and an armoire to hang a few things and store a piece of luggage. The bathroom was large but the shower was quite small and I suppose that would be my only complaint except it’s understandable that things had to be situated tightly due to possible plumbing constraints and I wasn’t bothered by it. Overall we both felt that there was value in staying at The Comfort Hotel, it is clean, comfortable, offers a friendly staff that goes out of their way to accommodate requests, and has a great location.

Lovely hotel. The staff made us most welcome.

The room was bright, well furnished with the most comfortable bed we have slept in for years. The restaurant was excellent with a good choice of food although the wines were rather expensive. Breakfast was wonderful. Continental in style but so much choice. We would stay there again.
