We stayed here a couple of times recently and have enjoyed our stay on each occasion. The hotel is comfortable with great sea views from some rooms. The staff are very friendly and have made us feel very welcome.

The property is well placed with fine views. The staff were excellent and the rooms and meals were very good. Straight forward short walk to the town and sea front but it is steep for anyone with mobility problems. Great location for a short break.

If hotels could get gems, this would be a diamond

Great hotel with spectacular views from our room with a balcony and in restaurant, only downside was broken loo seat which was a small inconvenience. Comfy bed, good cleanliness and staff were very friendly and efficient. Food was delicious for dinner and breakfast. Definitely would go back again for longer than 1 night next time. Highly recommend it.

Lovely place to stay in Portpatrick

Had a fantastic short break at Fernhill Hotel. The staff really looked after us and were second to none. Parking was easy and the views across the bay were beautiful. Highly recommend.
