The apartment 1 has on 35m ² area 2 rooms and a separate bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with sink, dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, Tassimo coffee maker, daily kitchen helpers, cutlery, crockery etc. In the kitchen is also a sleeping area with two joinable single beds. The second room, the bedroom is accessible via the public, but very quiet hallway and only about 2 meters away. Here are a double bed (180x200cm) and a cozy sitting area. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, washing machine and sink. Cot (without bedding) and high chair are available in the apartment free of charge.

Living in one of the oldest houses in StralsundThe two apartments are located in the city center on the Old Market, in a quiet and historic side street. You live on the ground floor of a three-storey, renovated old building, which was built in 1331, making it one of the oldest buildings in Stralsund. Each of the two apartments is tastefully and functionally furnished. Each one has a fully equipped kitchen. The harbor and OZEANEUM are only 200m away. The city's main attractions, museums, the theater, as well as numerous restaurants and shopping facilities are just a short distance away and can be easily reached on foot within a few minutes. In addition, there are many good restaurants, cafes, pubs and bars in the immediate vicinity. We look forward to welcoming you.

Positiv zu bewerten ist:- die zentrale Lage- die organisatorische Abwicklung Eher weniger gut waren:- die räumliche Trennung der beiden Zimmer, da es beim nächtlichen Toilettengang immer über den kalten Hausflur ging,- die "Wohnung" machte eher einen etwas unpersönlichen und lieblosen Eindruck,Unter dem Strich:Trotz der zentralen Lage und der perfekten Lage würden wir die Wohnung angesichts der neg. Aspekte nicht noch einmal mieten.

Ein Urlaub wo die Mitreisenden den Tag gerettet haben

Ich wollte mit meinen 3 Freunden eine schöne Reise nach Stralsund unternehmen um den letzten Sommer vor der Ausbildung zu genießen. Für eine erste Reise ohne Eltern nur mit jungen Erwachsenen eine sehr gute Destination. Die Buchung der Ferienwohnung verlief ohne Schwierigkeiten und Vorkommnisse. Durch die sehr gute Lage in der Altstadt konnten wir die 7Tage alles Fußläufig erreichen. Uns war klar, dass eine Ferienwohnung kein 5 Sterne Luxushotel sein wird. Doch ein Mindestmaß an Sauberkeit und Ordnung ist zu erwarten. Wie wir erfuhren ist dort ein Reinigunsdienst für die Reinigung zuständig. Doch: Das dreckiges Geschirr bei der Anreise. Der Kaugummi unter dem Tisch und die verschmutzte Dusche sind Indikatoren, dass dort Luft nach oben ist. Dies sind Punkte die mir grad auf die Schnelle einfallen. Die Fotos vermittelten ein ganz anderen Eindruck. Eine fröhliche Wohnung die einladend wirkt. Doch die Farben an den Wänden waren nicht so einladend. Wie gut, dass man ja nicht den ganzen Tag in der Wohnung ist und viel unternehmen kann. So mussten wir und das Elend nicht lange ansehen. Kurz gesagt hätte ich nicht meine Freunde dabei gehabt wäre mir der Zustand der Wohnung viel mehr aufgefallen und hätte mehr auf das Gemüt geschlagen.

Die Wohnung top, aber falsche Angaben von Ferienwohnung, kam aber nicht vom Besitzer! ng

Da ich im Rollstuhl sitze habe ich natürlich nach einer Unterkunft gesucht die Rollstuhlgerecht war. Leider hat die Vermittlungsargentur, eigenmächtig die Wohnung als Rollstuhlgerecht angeboten. Davon wusste der Vermieter/Besitzer der Wohnung überhaupt nichts. Denn die Wohnung war eindeutig nicht Rollstuhlgerecht. Ich bin froh das ich zwei starke Männer dabei hatte, denn sonst hätte ich noch nicht einmal die Toilette aufsuchen können! Die Wohnung ansich war sehr schön, sauber und gemütlich. Es war fast alles da was man für ein paar Tage Urlaub brauchte. Das Haus ist aus dem 13 Jahrhundert und da ich so etwas super fand, war ich sehr begeistert. Der Vermieter/Besitzer war sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Trotz der Unannehmlichkeiten wegen Treppe an der Eingangstür und dem nicht Rollstuhlgerechten Badezimmer, waren wir drei sehr zufrieden. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wieder bei diesem Vermieter buchen, da er mir am Telefon erklärt hat, das er auch Rollstuhlgerechte Objekte vermietet bzw besitzt. Die Fahrt vom Bahnhof zur Ferienwohnung kostet nicht einmal 10,-Euro. Die Ferienwohnung liegt auch schön zentral, aber trotzdem in einer ruhigen Umgebung. Es war trotzdem sehr schön, vielen Dank!

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen. Schade ist zwar, dass die beiden Räume durch den öffentliche Flur getrennt sind, aber man kann sich damit arrangieren.

Ferienwohnung im Herzen der Stadt

Diese Ferienwohnung im Herzen von Stralsund, direkt am alten Markt, ist in vielerlei Hinsicht besonders. Die Wohnung ist hervorragend ausgestattet (Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, Föhn, Bügeleisen, etc) und sehr modern eingerichtet. Allerdings ist ein Schlafzimmer vom restlichen Teil der Wohnung getrennt und nur über den öffentlichen Hausflur zu betreten, was nächtliche Badbesuche erschwert. Aus diesem Grund ist auch der Esstisch von der Küche getrennt, was bedeutet, dass Küchenutensilien sowie Essen über den Hausflur getragen werden müssen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist außergewöhnlich gut und zentral, da sie sich im Erdgeschoss eines sanierten, denkmalgeschützten Haus in der Altstadt befindet. Dies bedeutet allerdings auch, dass die Straße zu jeder Tag- und Nachtzeit sehr belebt und auch das Haus selbst eher hellhörig ist. Fazit: Die Wohnung ist geeignet für Reisende mit Interesse am pulsierenden Leben der Stadt. Sie ist wirklich gut ausgestattet und lässt dies bezüglich keine Wünsche offen. Das abgetrennte Zimmer und der erschwerte Zugang zu Badezimmer sowie der Küche ist ein echter Wermutstropfen. Dieser Umstand erfordert zumindest einen Zweitschlüssel.
