Casa Fabio, newly renovated last summer, is located in a beautiful residence called Cala Reale. It is located on the first floor and is a studio apartment of about 25 square meters with bathroom with shower, kitchenette, washing machine, air conditioning, TV, sofa bed and terrace to eat al fresco and admire the sea on one side and the garden on the other. It is located very close to Stintino village and to restaurants, ice cream parlors, trattorias, pizzerias, always at 5 minutes walk from the house there is the tourist office that will advise you on any trips to Asinara or any bike rental.
The municipal shuttle stop that leads to all the beaches of Stintino is only 300mt from the house. In the residence you will also find a splendid swimming pool in which you have free access and you can always make free use of the sun beds and umbrella. The place is fantastic and the house is comfortable.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchenette and space to spread out with a separate bedroom. The apartment also includes a washing machine.
