A very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Their breakfast in a bag was just barely acceptable. Very bland and unimaginative. A new thermostat in our room needs operating instructions. I,m pretty tech savvy, but this time I was beat. Otherwise our room was exceptional. Large, comfortable and very clean. One of the best stays we have had in a long time. We will definitely use Canalta in the future.

After some stress about our reservation being incorrect, we approached staff members Emily and Max in the morning with our issue. They acted promptly and professionally to correct the booking problem for our stay on the second night, going so far as to upgrade our room and allow us early access. We've rarely encountered this kind of instant resolution to a room problem, and both Linda and I are truly appreciative.

We stayed in a King Suite on June 12-13. Checking out, I asked for a two night stay for June 16-17, in the same room, if possible, or a similar suite (i.e., Queen) as long as there was a separate sofa for sitting on. We ended up being booked into a cramped King room on the MOTEL side, with all it's noise, etc.. This is NOT what we were expecting. I had to book another room for tonight, June 17, in the hotel side, against my better judgement. I will not be booking us into a Canalta hotel again, nor will I recommend same. Get your act together! WE pay the bills.
