I have stayed at this hotel for many years. This year, bearing in mind its winter, the COLD air conditioning was on and l had to use 2 duvets to keep warm at night. I was informed a new system had been installed and they could not alter timer. Each traveller has their own sense of comfort surely each room should be able to control individually.

Property Expedia website shows pool and laundry which is untrue. Floor carpets need replacement, slow shower drain no towel racks. Very pricey for what it offers.

OK hotel given the choices available

Hotel was fairly unremarkable - rooms definitely needed a refresh - they don't look like they've been changed since the 80s. Bathroom did not even have a shower stall - just a floor drain and a shower curtain. Beds were OK but there was no air conditioning so it became very hot in the rooms and difficult to sleep. And if you left the windows open at night the the light out would wake you up at early hours of the night. Most of the room was pretty clean except for the shower curtains that stank of mildew. Location was about as good as it would get in this town - near the main strip where the shops and restaurants were. Breakfast was included which was very good.
