Unsere Ferienwohnung befindet sich im wunderschönen Ortsteil Mühlwinkl in Staudach-Egerndach. Vom gemütlichen Wohnraum mit Wintergarten blicken Sie direkt auf unseren Hausberg, den Hochgern. Ob Sommer oder Winter; durch unsere zentrale Lage erreichen Sie in wenigen Minuten zahlreiche Wanderwege, ebenso Nordic-Walking-Strecken, aber auch unsere Naturrodelbahn und Langlaufloipen . Ausflugsziele wie der Chiemsee Salzburg und München sind außerdem bequem nach nur kurzer Fahrzeit zu erreichen.
Eine nette, freundliche Wohnung in der 2. Etage. Ruhige Lage mit Hochgernblick. Neuwertige Ausstattung mit Wintergarten, Küche, Schlafzimmer und WC. Separater Eingang. Hunde, bzw. Haustiere sind nicht gestattet
