Please read these instructions carefully and bring them with you. We suggest either downloading them or printing them for easy access during your stay. If you have any questions, comments, or requests at any time We are happy to help, and we hope you have a great time at The Savvi Farmhaus!


Check-in time: 3:00pm

We will strive to have your property ready for check-in by 3:00pm but we cannot guarantee the property will be fully prepared at that time due to occasional circumstances.


Please contact us through call or email as soon as possible if there are any cleaning or maintenance issues upon check-in. We cannot refund on these bases; Rather, we aim to rectify these issues immediately, so please contact us so that we can be of service to you!


Trash: Please take all trash to the outdoor trash can upon check out.

*Our house is non-smoking, so please step outside to smoke.


Housekeeping will provide:

bed linens, bath towels, wash cloths, hand towels, roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, roll of paper towels, starter pack of dishwasher detergent, starter trash bag



The kitchen will be fully stocked with basic appliances:

coffee maker, pots and pans, dishes, eating utensils, cooking utensils


What to bring:

Coffee and coffee filters (standard & keurig), spices, personal toiletries, hair dryer, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, extra toilet paper, extra paper towels, sunscreen and sunburn relief, device chargers, and anything else you might need

Check-out time: 10:00am

We request that your group checks out by 10:00am in order to prepare the unit for incoming guests. In the case of a late checkout, we will charge $50 per hour after 10am (or a maximum of one night's rent), per the accepted reservation agreement.


Departure tasks:

Upon checking out, we request that you complete the following check list items:

1- Put all dirty towels in the bathtubs.

2- Dispose of all trash in the outdoor trash bins

3- Load and start the dishwasher.

4- Ensure all TV remotes are placed in front of corresponding TVs.

5- Lock the door.

6- Double check for personal items left behind, as we cannot be responsible for these items.

7- Check out by 10:00am, as we must begin preparing the property for the next guests.

8- Travel home safely!
