You can use the entire property, and everything on it. However, the sail boat on the dock is off limits. (it tips over)
The entire home is just for you, 2 bedrooms and one bathroom in the main level, owner's loft suite with its own bathroom in the upper level, fully equipped kitchen, living and dining areas blend with the oversized windows and the full length deck with BBQ area overlooking Lake Martha and your own private waterfront park with kayaks, private dock and a gazebo.

We live 20 minutes away and we can be reached through the app at anytime. Also, our direct emergency number can be found on the fridge.

- The driveway can accommodate a maximum of 4 cars only.
- No oversized commercial vehicles allowed. This is a busy road. no street parking is available.
- Accessing the lake and the house requires the use of stairs.
- This house is not child proof.
- There are 2 private bedrooms in the main level and a master suite which is the entire upper semi private loft with its own bathroom (see photos).
- Lake Martha is a quiet lake (no gas motors allowed)

This listing was perfect for our family of 5. We loved setting on the back porch looking at the lake. Very quiet and peaceful. We would definitely recommend staying here. We would give it 6 stars if we could. One of the best places we have stayed at. If we come back to the area, we will definitely be staying again.

This home is a great property. We loved awaking up to the tranquility of Lake Martha. Being from the desert I was a bit chilly and was not able to get any heat to take the chill off the rooms but we just put on another layer! My grandson love the paddleboat and skipping rocks.We had everything we needed for the kitchen. There a few things we used from the pantry but we also left some of our food that we didn't want to travel with. Eduardo was quick to respond and always prompt in his responses to our questions.Thanks Eduardo for a great stay!
