Was told checkout was noon. Got back to room at 1130 and my things were already removed from the room. Neither maid nor front desk seemed not to care that my stuff had been removed and p placed in a plastic bag

Housekeeping started cleaning and vacuuming at 6am. When I stuck my head out to ask if they realized it was 6am and people were sleeping I was basically told that was my problem. If I had an issue to tell the front desk.

The motel rooms are beautiful and so comfortable! Everything looks brand new and the price for 2 nites was less than the motel next to it for one nite. Excellent and we always choose them when we travel.

Highly recommend!

Our stay at the Microtel Inn was an excellent experience! The staff were friendly, efficient, hard-working, and helpful! The room was clean. Breakfast was good. We were there for four nights. We will definitely stay there again next time we visit relatives in the area. Highly recommend!

Helen was a huge help getting me checked in. I was early and she went up and personally made sure the room was clean and ready to go. She also told me of the best places to eat within walking distance.

All was good except for a couple of things that only pertain to handicap people. We had a handicap room(on 3rd floor. There was no shower seat for the tub and the bed was a little high for a handicap person to get into. Bed was nice and comfortable.... just a little to high. Everything else was good.
