Set on a secluded beach with no public access or through traffic, the property offers complete privacy, panoramic turquoise water views, and direct access to some of the most beautiful waters in the Caribbean. 4-bedrooms, 4.5 baths, and panoramic water views in every direction. The covered deck overlooking the turquoise flats is unlike anything else on the island.



One of Pelican Point’s most unique features is its truly private beach, something few properties on Staniel Cay can offer. With no neighboring foot traffic, you can enjoy complete seclusion, whether sunbathing, swimming, or simply taking in the view. Evenings are unforgettable, with sunsets over the water, bonfires on the beach, and incredible stargazing without light pollution.
The villa is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2.5 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. I can't tell you enough how gracious and fabulous Chet and Brooke (the hosts) are. They welcomed us at the door with freshly baked Sourdough Bread, built a fire for us one night and were incredibly helpful with everything. Wade the manager was fabulous as well navigating any of our requests and queries. As for the property its simply incredible. We were a family of 8 (with a nanny) and everything was perfect. The views spectacular and we kept saying we felt we were on a yacht it was positioned so perfectly. The children spent their days scampering over the rocks and beach picking up shells whilst the adults sat back and gazed out across the beautiful turquoise waters. You simply must stay here if you visit Staniel Cay.
