This charmingly remodeled waterfront home rests on a tranquil cove in Sebago Lake Basin. The property boasts modernized systems, appliances, and deluxe wood and tile flooring. Outside, the well-manicured lawn slopes gently down to a large sandy beach with a gradual entry to the water, complete with a dock that can accommodate up to a 20' boat. Take advantage of the property's two kayaks, canoe, and rowboat to explore the basin and take in stunning views of the surrounding area. Sebago Lake is a spacious lake that offers plenty of opportunities for boating, including access to Brandy Pond and Long Lake via the Songo River, providing over 40 miles of boatable waterway. This prime location also offers proximity to a plethora of shopping and recreational activities so you can experience all that the Sebago Lake Region has to offer!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We keep coming back to this house year after year. It meets all our needs. Waterfront beach access for young children. A dock for a boat. Located in Sebago Basin with a no wake zone in front of the house to limit noise. Play house for young children. Large deck overlooking the water. Fire pit for s’mores enjoyment. Multi-level to offer privacy when young ones need their quiet time. The basin is calmer for waterskiing, canoeing, kayaking and enjoying Maine’s wildlife.
