On one of the most suggestive stretches of the coast of Calabria, in the heart of the "Costa degli Aranci", characterized by coves, headlands, sandy beaches and crystal clear sea, on the cliff of Copanello in the village of Torrazzo di Staletti (Catanzaro), lies this beautiful vacation home with a charming and suggestive view of the sea and the Gulf of Squillace. Well exposed to the sun and not far from the beaches of Caminia and Pietragrande, this house is the ideal solution for those who want to spend wonderful vacations by the sea and relax. Surrounded by a large and well-kept garden with table, chairs and barbecue for outdoor meals, the house offers two living areas and two kitchens on the first floor, while the bedrooms and bathrooms are located on the second floor. The house consists of two living units that are not internally connected. Some rooms have an equipped panoramic terrace where you can relax with a magnificent view of the sea and the Gulf. A large and inviting veranda with a direct view of the cliff makes this place the perfect solution for an unforgettable vacation. This is also an ideal starting point to visit this part of Calabria, rich in natural and cultural beauties. From here you can reach in a short time the most famous tourist resorts such as Soverato, the "Pearl of the Ionian Sea" and center of social life thanks to its seafront promenade with clubs, discos and restaurants or the characteristic historical center of Stalettì, from where you can admire a panorama from Isola Capo Rizzuto to Punta Stilo. Near the house there are all kinds of services. In 40 minutes by car you can reach the international airport of Lamezia Terme. Your four-legged friend is welcome. La casa e' situata in una posizione spettacolare. Perfetta per grandi gruppi e per pranzare/cenare in terrazza con una vista magnifica. La spiaggia e' a 5 minuti di macchina. Unico neo, la mancanza di zanzariere. Per il resto abbiamo passato una settimana bellissima. Un plauso particolare va a Rocco, il nostro host, sempre gentile e disponibile.
