This beautiful detached chalet for a maximum of 6 people is located approx. 500 meters from the town of Turracherhöhe in Styria, right in the heart of the Nockberge, the natural border between Styria and Carinthia.

The chalet offers modern furnishings with a comfortable living room with a wood stove and a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 spacious bedrooms, 1 bathroom, terrace and balcony. You can park directly at the chalet (in winter you can leave your car, if there is enough snow there is a ski-in/ski-out option).

The Turracher Höhe is located 50 km northeast of Spittal an der Drau, at an altitude of 1763 m. On one side of the pass are the wild, green mountain panoramas of rural Styria, while on the other side, in Carinthia, you can enjoy the entertainment and warmth in the southern lake district of Austria. Excursions to Lake Millstättersee or Lake Ossiachersee are also among the options.

Turracher Höhe - a winter paradise from November to May with 43 kilometers of slopes and 15 cable cars and ski lifts, is one of the most diverse ski areas in the Southern Alps and one of the most snow-sure ski regions in Austria

Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.Das Haupthaus ist direkt nebenan, dort kann man nach Voranmeldung ordentlich essen. Die Unterkunft ist recht klein, keine Ahnung wie da sechs Leute schlafen sollen, man kann auf jeden Fall zu fünft nicht gemeinsam auf dem Balkon essen.Die Einrichtung ist ziemlich abgenutzt und es wurde an Kleinigkeiten gespart (Spülmittel, Müllbeutel, etc.).

Tolles Essen, schöne Lage, immer wieder gern!

Wir hatten in dem Ferienhaus eine super Zeit und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, wir konnten mit allen Anliegen zur Fam. Pirchler gehen und uns wurde geholfen. Wir haben jeden Morgen frische Brötchen vor die Tür geliefert bekommen, konnten tolle Wanderungen in der Umgebung unternehmen und wurden abends mit einem sehr leckeren 4 Gang Menü verwöhnt. Den Abend konnten wir dann mit einem Kaminfeuer ausklingen lassen. Immer wieder gern!

Een fijn vakantie gehad

Prima vakantiewoning. Het ligt naast Gasthof Alpenrose (eigenaars van het chalet) waar je prima kunt eten voor een redelijke prijs. Fijne gastvrije mensen. Lekker koel in de zomerop 1800 meter, en een prima uitvalsbasis voor bergwandelingen. Vanuit hier kun je de koelte opzoeken, of een tripje maken naar warmere dalen.
