The home has a good layout and strong potential, but during my stay it appeared that maintenance and upkeep had fallen behind. The most noticeable issue was a persistent musty odor throughout the house, which may indicate moisture concerns and would be uncomfortable to those sensitive to smells (myself included).Several furnishings and décor items show significant wear and would benefit from refreshing. The kitchen has cracked tiles, worn cookware, and cabinets with unpleasant odors. Cleanliness was adequate but not detailed, particularly in cabinets, baseboards, the stove hood, and outdoor areas.The front entry would benefit from improved access, including a walkway and handrails on the stairs. The deck and outdoor shower also need attention and thorough cleaning. With improved maintenance, deeper cleaning, and some updates, this property could be a very nice rental. At its current level of condition, it may not meet expectations for guests seeking a well maintained home.
