Ocean Walk is a picturesque condominium community within biking distance of the Village Pier, numerous shops and restaurants, as well as the beach.
Century old oaks shade the various buildings, while palm trees and colorful foliage landscape the two large swimming pools. Other community amenities include a sizeable duck pond with fountain, a fitness center, tennis courts, and a playground.
Hodnett Cooper is pleased to present L14, a beautifully decorated two bedroom, two bath residence. Ocean Walk L14 has been remodeled and features tile flooring throughout the living areas, an upgraded kitchen, modern tiled baths, and crown molding. Additionally, the owners opened the kitchen to the living room and dining area, creating a more spacious feel. This second floor residence features new, quality furnishings in a coastal motif. Each bedroom does offer a television and DVD player. Along with these updated amenities, this condo does offer it's own secure wireless internet access for guest use.
This lovely setting is perfect for extended monthly stays, as well as weekly and daily vacations.
