Some good features but not enough for cost.

This property is not a charming place that provides a sample of living in Provence. It had three good features: nice underground parking, a truly nice terrace and the AC was excellent. On the down side, the inside looked like a men's dorm. The furniture was ugly, cheap and uncomfortable. (Neither the sofa nor the bed offered a moment's comfort.). The pillows were terrible. There were no paper towels or dish towels. The kitchen was minimally equipped and badly lit. There was no oven and the microwave took five minutes to heat one cup of water. This was the most costly of the three properties I stayed in in France (the other two being in Paris and Avignon). It was overpriced by at least one third according to other Home Away experiences. I will go elsewhere the next time.

We enjoyed the pool. It was close to town, local sites and wine tasting. Basic amenities in the room and parking on site. WiFi was weak.

It is not a hotel..

It is not eligible to call hotel, the main gate kept opened for whole night, our rooms just located in front of a muddy yard, there was no staff at 9, the hotel left the keys on the reception door, the rooms were dirty and smelly...

Good value apartment style accomodation close to the old town centre. Friendly and helpful manager. WiFi needs to be extended to individual apartments not just confined to the office/pool area. Given that the accomodation is mainly for holiday makers it would be nice to have at least a couple of TV channels in English

The hotel is well located and clean. Being an apartment configuration, It provided quite ample space for us. very modern nice break from the previous old European hotels we occupied. Manager was quite helpful.

Nice alternative to small hotel rooms

Off-season visit (March 2015) and just for one night. That said, this is a very pleasant property, quiet, easy parking access. And the rooms are spacious, comfortable, and appear recently renovated -- new appliances, immaculate kitchenette, etc. So a heads up for summer 2015. We arrived late, but the manager left the keys for us to each of two apartments, and he came by later to make sure we got in alright. Since we only stayed one night and were gone early the next morning, it's hard to give a thorough review. So right to the bottom line. Very nice apartments, fantastic bathrooms, could easily sleep four per unit. Close to St. Remy, which is not lacking for charm itself. Great for a couple or family staying for at least a few days.

Better call them in advance

We booked room for 4 people and were checking in after 7pm (hotel reception was already closed). Luckily, they left us a key for the room. However, in the room we only found linens for one bed, and we weren't able to get in touch with anyone to fix that. Internet (wi-fi) was only working in the reception area, not in the rooms. I guess you get what you pay for :-)

great for the price, perfect for St. Remy

There is a high end, high priced hotel less than 50ft away that actually shares a border fence. We pulled in there by mistake, and upon hearing it was not our hotel I was anticipating ours would not measure up. I was happily surprised to find a large well designed modern apartment. My wife loved the tub and we loved the location, so close to town and to the Van Gogh hospital. Easy parking a plus. The cons were minor: internet only at reception, not enough blankets and I don't like being told that I need to leave the kitchen clean. I know there is a cleaning person, so for the price I expect someone to clean the kitchen

Pas de piscine or qu'elle était mentionnée et en photo quand nous avons réservé. Le propriétaire nous a dit que sur le site de l'hotel il était indiqué qu'elle était en réparation mais nous n'en avons été informés qu'à l'arrivée. L'appartement était propre mais il manque de déco donc un peu froid. Il n'y a pas de clim dans la chambre, juste dans la pièce à vivre. Sinon il est très bien situé, au calme et à 15 mins à pied du centre de St Remy. Le propriétaire a été plutôt désagréable quand nous sommes partis. Nous avons demandé si nous pouvions repousser notre départ juste le temps d'aller à la pharmacie au centre ville et il a catégoriquement refusé.
