The pool was nice but needed cleaning. There rental was very nice, but, very loud from the renters in the unit above us at all hours. Also, the dishwasher did not work, and one of the sinks in the full bathroom was clogged and had a broken handle

Amazing property

We had a wonderful stay in Treasure Island with two families of 5. Plenty of room to spread out and we saw dolphins everyday. Fished off the docks and rented a boat which we kept on the property for the week. Highly recommend!

Great property and perfect location!

Absolutely beautiful rental! We had two families in one unit and it was perfect. The water is breathtaking, everyday all day we watched dolphins swim, the kids fished as often as they could and caught a ton of fish. Home was super clean, communication was great, would recommend!

Good week

This place worked out great for our week. Very spacious for our 7. Kitchen was well stocked. Boys used the fishing poles and bikes. Beautiful deck views of the canal. Gas grills new and easy to use. Management responded immediately to any inquiries. 5 minute walk to Publix and to beach. If going to Treasure Island again, I would stay here

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location, lots of places to easily walk to and visit.Second time staying at this condo and would recommend The property manager was quick with reply and helping with what he could . My only recommendation I would make is having a scale in house to weigh luggage for airport and save time having to do that at airport since we always buy more stuff while there.

Will book there again and again. The only negative thing is you can hear the neighbors upstairs walking around, but otherwise it was a great stay.

Location is great, not everything works or is user friendly

The location of this property was wonderful. The waterway is beautiful. The pool was not as warm as indicated, the coffee maker didn't work. None of the tv's were logged in or able to be logged in until multiple attempts were made. Unfortunately it was not as relaxing as we hoped, as you could hear every footstep the condo above us made.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love staying here! It’s spacious, clean, quiet and has the most wonderful views! And it’s across the street from the most beautiful beach and sunsets. The only thing I would say is that gas grills could use a little TLC. One didn’t work, and the other one was so hot it burnt everything (wasn’t able to control heat). Also, dishwasher wasn’t working during our stay.

Amazing Place to Stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property was perfect for our large party. We rented Treasure Trove and had Mermaid, Buccaneer, and Flying Dutchman. They were so well accommodated. We even had beach towels and items such as chairs to take to the beach. The Kayaks and paddle boards were also fun to use. Our units were very clean. The pool and dock area were very nice. The location is very close to John’s Pass and other shopping/restaurants.Foxys and Crabby’s on the pass are delicious. We had some issues with parking and the management responded promptly and were a huge help. I highly recommend this location!

A Week of Fun at Mermaids Cove

Overlooking the pool you will see dolphins and we even saw a few manatees.The condo was very nicely decorated and well stocked with everything.If I could make one suggest it might be to remove the one chair and maybe add a love seat or add another chair. For the size condo , it could allow for one more chair. There are plenty of dining chairs... but maybe just one more comfy one for tv viewing.The location is perfect.... a short walk to some restaurants, groceries, and beach!

Family Vacation/wedding

We booked this home thinking with all the information they ask for it would be a great family place. When I told the management company we were staying there with our family for our wedding. They informed me no parties. We understood that and that wasn’t our plan. We were getting married on the beach with just our immediate family. The rented the other condos to bachelor and bachelorette parties. The destroyed the outside area. I called manager on Saturday morning and she would not get the property cleaned up until Monday afternoon and we left Monday evening. Waste of money!!! Poor management! Beautiful location but hard to use if they let people destroy it.

Not a Marriott Experience

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were so disappointed with our stay. If you book, I feel like it’s super important to know what you’re getting into. There are 4 total rentals in this space. We were on the first level and had a family above us. The kids ran non-stop the ENTIRE week. In fact, as the week went on the noise got worse — 7am to 9pm...non-stop running. It was incredibly loud; there seems to be no real sound barrier between the two spaces on each side. We messaged the host early on in our stay begging for them to message the people above us. We only got the response, “I’ll try” with no follow up after. The people on the same floor as us decided that smoking on their balcony (located right next to ours) was a good idea. Why not share it with everyone?There are so many positives about this place: The home is comfortable. The beds sleep well. Waking up and having coffee on the patio overlooking the water is nice. The dock is perfect for your boat rental. It’s a short walk to the beach (and the beach is beautiful). But ultimately, the pros did not outweigh the cons for us. The competing music (one family’s selection vs another’s), smoking and nonstop noise made this experience not one we’d like to repeat. If you have a big family and plan on booking the entire place, it would be AMAZING. Oh and the pool is nice - but maximum capacity is 20 and there are easily more than 20 people in two of the 4 places. You’re definitely on top of each other. We ended up leaving early and booking a hotel nearby.
