Nice property, nothing fancy but for Treasure Island it was nice and felt very clean. I’d compare it to a 3 star hotel. The one issue I would note is the temperature in the Master bedroom. I stayed in the second room and the temp was okay for me (although the minimum of 73 is not my preferred sleeping temperature and it did get a bit warm for my comfort - would’ve liked to have known that before booking, if it was mentioned somewhere I didn’t catch it), but the Master bedroom was like a sauna. I don’t know if the patio access had something to do with it - didn’t have the same problem in the living room, which also has patio doors - and my friend who stayed in that room was a good sport and somehow tolerated it, but if it was me I wouldn’t have lasted the first night. It was easily 76-78 even first thing in the morning. Parking was good, although it seemed odd that the $10 fee wasn’t built into the overall rates. There was private beach access, which was nice, but we preferred going into the public beaches with restaurant access, which were a mile or two down the road. The area itself wasn’t very walkable/accessible to any restaurants or nightlife. There were options nearby and right across the waterway, but nothing you could reach without a car or boat. Quiet area of the island, and the restaurants across the water had plenty of outdoor music that we could hear from our balcony but the noise ordinances kept them from playing late into the night.
It was pleasantly situated overall.
