This was our first time staying in Indian Rocks Beach and it has now become one of our favorite beaches to visit. The apartment/condo was well furnished, clean, and had all the amenities you would need in a place to stay for a long weekend. They even included dish soap, extra trash bags and laundry detergent along with some cooking essentials like salt/pepper and a few other spices. Beach towels and chairs were provided, and they even had a few yard toys for visiting children. The walk to the beach was 2.5 blocks and several local restaurants were walkable as well. We enjoyed ice cream from the Kooky Coconut most nights we were there (1.5 blocks away).
We had a little trouble with the door code when we arrived and had to call for assistance. The manager was very responsive and was able to reset the code while we were on the phone. She also walked us through how the keypad worked. My ding on the communication is only because the instructions for getting into the place were a little outdated and mentioned a lockbox with a key inside for which there was none.
There were dedicated spaces for parking right in front of the building and even a few spaces in back.
This is a great little place in a great location. I fear that in giving them 5 stars people will find out about it and it will no longer be available when we want to come visit. We loved this place and hope to be back soon! Thanks to the owners for a great stay!
