1 bedroom/1 bath private entrance apartment overlooking resort type backyard. Furnished and all utilities included makes this apartment unique and affordable. We not only offer full sized appliances we have put a washer/dryer in your unit to make life that much easier. We welcome the opportunity to share our beautiful backyard with you. We offer a large 7' deep pool with all the accoutrements of a resort.
Located just 10 minutes from both the beach at Treasure Island and Downtown St. Petersburg, we are just blocks from trendy Central Ave.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can expect to find a TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a coffee maker.
