What a fabulous place to stay, right in the heart of Downtown Dunedin. We walked to restaurants, shops, parks and the marina area. The neighborhood is very quiet even though it is just steps from all that is happening.The cottage was very clean and equipped with everything needed, except our clothes and food. The grounds are lovely with outdoor seating for dining or relaxing. Bed was very comfortable. Linens are great quality. Citrus Cottage is truly a gem and we will plan on staying there again and recommending it to family and friends.Our contact, Michael, was very communicative and readily available, if needed. He provided detailed information prior to our stay.

this little one bedroom is where you want to be! Quiet location, but close to everything! Clean, has everything you need. we went for the blues fest and to see Shaw Davis at the Dunedin Brewery, and we would definitely stay there again.

Gem of a cottage close to everything you could want!

This perfect little cottage is a true gem. Spacious, clean, well equipped, and perfectly situated in a quiet street a few minutes walk from everything. We loved it here and highly recommend it for a couple who like to eat out and also cook and eat locally bought food/take away meals.
