7/23/25 - THE ELEVATOR HAS BEEN FUNCTIONING FOR THE LAST TWO WEEKS.

Please note: From July 2025 to December 31st 2025, the building will be undergoing a significant renovation project. Be advised that during this period, there will be active construction occurring on the exterior of the building, including balcony work, which will result in balcony closure during that time. The condo will remain open for rent during this time. However, we do want to make you aware that there will be some noise and disturbances due to the construction activities. We have applied a discount to this unit during the construction time due to the inconvenience this will cause.

5/2/25 - NEW UPDATE FROM BUILDING MANAGEMENT COMPANY. STILL NO REPAIR DATE ON ELEVATOR. BUILDING EXTERIOR

REPAIRS BEGINNING ON JULY 7, 2025 THROUGH DECEMBER, 2025. MAY OR MAY NOT HAVE USE OF BALCONIES. POOL MAY OR MAY NOT BE OPEN AT TIMES DURING CONSTRUCTION. ANOTHER NEIGHBORING POOL WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR USE DURING THIS TIME.

3/19/25 Update: The controller has been installed and the cab moves up and down. The last company needs to return for their part and the elevator will be operational. As soon as we get the date we will let you know. From what we understand this last step only needs one day.

The bedroom features a King size bed along with a TV with cable . Need some alternate sleeping options, the sofa is a Queen sleeper. The property is equipped with an in unit stackable washer/dryer for your convenience! The beachside heated pool is surrounded by a paver deck that has both open & covered areas, as you choose your sun exposure. There is an outdoor shower for rinsing off the sand before getting into the pool or coming into the building. There are also 2 restrooms in the gated pool area. The large built-in gas grill is perfect for the catch of the day. This unit comes with one covered assigned parking space. This is a smoke-free condo and no pets are allowed.

This property offers initial supplies for a 2 day stay. Additional supplies will be the responsibility of the guest.
