This duplex boasts 6 bedrooms, including 2 king beds, 2 queen beds, and 4 bunk beds (8 twin beds), perfect for families or groups of friends. With 4 bathrooms equipped with amenities like a bathtub and shower, guests can relax and unwind after a day at the beach. The welcoming atmosphere of this house, complete with hot tubs and grills, ensures a tranquil and enjoyable stay for all.
Coastal Boho is a duplex where both units A and B are rented together and unique because it provides families space to spread out with their own units. Unit A has no shared walls with Unit B, so no need to worry about noise. Each unit, A and B, has a master ensuite, queen bedroom, and bunk/kids bedroom, plus a full bathroom. Both units mirror each other with amenities, decor, and layout. There's no living space on the ground level (so no hurricane damage), just the carport with fire pit table, turf yard, putting green, and game room. Speaking of game room, test your skills with foosball, air hockey, and more when you're not at the beach which is a short 2-minute walk. Coastal Boho is just 1 property away from Gulf Blvd., the main street up and down the beach. The B unit even provides peek-a-boo views of the ocean from its porches.
Indian Rocks Beach has a calm, family-friendly atmosphere, wide white sand beaches, quiet residential feel, and isn't far from Clearwater Beach (for those that like a busy beach scene). This is a great place in a great spot. It is off the main road so it is quiet but close enough so it is convenient. It is clean and roomy. Enjoyed walking across to the beach. Fire pit and large tv made for good viewing by the whole group of us from both sides of the duplex.

The best outfitted home we have ever stay in! They literally had everything we needed and some things we didn't even know we needed. Really appreciated how family-friendly it was with sand toys, porta cribs, games, children's dishes etc. The proximity to the beach was great with just a two-lane road to cross. The beach was uncrowded and perfect. This is a great spot and a great home for a large family vacation!

Senior Spring Break!
We had so much fun staying here! The beach is just a walk across gulf blvd. There is a park within walking distance. The duplexes were beautiful and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic Stay for a Large Group!
We recently stayed at this incredible property in Florida with a large group of friends, and it was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and at home. The house was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated, with plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy. What was amazing is that this property consists of 2 identical, 3 bedroom, 2 bath units with their own living rooms and kitchens. They are identical twin units mirroring one another.
The layout was perfect for our group of 14. Common areas were large and open, while the bedrooms offered privacy and comfort. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals together, and the outdoor space was a true highlight. The hot tubs and patio areas were perfect for lounging, grilling, and soaking up the Florida sunshine.
The location was also ideal, steps to the beach, local attractions and great restaurants. We appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the home, like beach towels, beach chairs, games room, board games and a guidebook with local recommendations.
Our group had an unforgettable time, and we’re already talking about coming back in the future. If you’re looking for a place to stay with a large group, this property is an absolute gem! Highly recommend! You will not be disappointed!
