Our stay here was wonderful! It’s such a short walk to the beach and a bunch of beach equipment is included. We loved relaxing on the balcony as well. The beds were comfy and the air conditioning worked great to be comfortable through the night. The location is perfect and the kitchen is well stocked that cooking meals was a breeze. Only one suggestions of an otherwise perfect stay: a vacuum within the unit could be helpful for controlling the inevitable sand that gets tracked in.

The condo is truly in a great location, just a few minutes walk to Indian Rocks beach, it also has a balcony with a west facing sea view. There's car parking, comfy beds, nice big sofa, a well fitted kitchen, plenty of dw tablets and toilet roll, ample towels incl beach towels, a nice powerful shower, air con, and a beach cupboard with beach chairs, umbrellas, body boards and trolleys. The comms & check in process was a breeze too.

My stay here was one of the best vacation houses I’ve ever had. Angie had quite literally everything we could’ve possibly needed stocked and prepared for use. It was clean and sanitary. The walk to the beach was less than 2 minutes away and you can see the water from the balcony. It was quiet and all the neighbors were very polite. There are plenty of restaurants and activities nearby, walking and driving distance. I will be staying here again in the future!

Perfect in every way!!

This property was fantastic. I stayed here with my parents while we met up with some friends staying down the road. It was a great, quiet location. It's a very short walk to the beach. There are several great bakeries, ice cream shops, and restaurants within walking distance too! This was the most well-stocked VRBO I have ever stayed at. The hosts have thought of everything! There were plenty of towels, laundy and dish soap, beach towels, beach chairs, sunscreen, lots of kitchen utensils, etc. I would highly recommend this VRBO. The host is very responsive and made check-in a breeze!

We had a great stay and time at Indian rocks. Highly recommend this house and host. The host does great with communicating with you and the house is in a perfect location. The area was great and is a great place to go for a relaxing and fun getaway!

Absolutely Fantastic!!!

What a great property in a fantastic area! Condo itself was very clean, stocked with all of the essential amenities, and came with a guide for the local area! The beach was easy to get to and there were ample chairs, umbrellas, wagons, toys, etc. for us to use!Check in and out was a breeze! We cannot wait to stay again!!!

Comfy cozy!

We were very pleased with everything about this unit. Unit was very well equipped with everything one could need, from beach towel, wagons, coolers, umbrellas, extra blankets, pillows, even floor fans in each bedroom. Just a minutes walk to the beach or ice cream. Perfect for our Long Beach weekend. Angie responded promptly to every message and made sure our stay was perfect.

We love the IRB area and this condo was excellent. The location was just steps from the beach, with a view from the deck. The condo was very clean, well appointed and comfortable. Our host was communicative and responsive. We hope to return!

An Amazing Stay - Would Absolutely Stay Again

Angie and this property were so wonderful for our girls trip! Angie made check-in super easy, shared some great recommendations and provided very clear instructions for check-in, parking, and check-out. Inside, everything was super clean and comfortable, especially the beds. Our favorite spot was the balcony for morning coffee, evening cocktails and late night chats. The proximity to the beach is UNMATCHED. We loved being able to walk only 2 minutes to the beach and having all the beach accessories available including chairs, umbrellas, wagon, noodles, and coolers.We all agreed, if we come back to Indian Rocks Beach, we would definitely want to stay at Angie's place again. Thank you for a wonderful long weekend with the girls!

Great location

Having stayed here before we rebooked again and were pleased with the latest updates done to the property, including some new furniture and a completely remodelled bathroom.Location is great for access to the local areas and facilities of Indian Rocks Beach, Belle Air, Clearwater etc.Definately one to return to.

Hidden beach gem

We love IRB and this was a great unit to stay in. Easy, quick walk to the beach. Kooky Coconut is a short walk away. The balcony is great. IRB is so chill and we love it. This unit will be on our short list to return.

Yoopers in Indian Rocks Beach

The stay and Angie’s place was so relaxing. No need to bring a thing other than your own personal belongings. This get a way has everything you need for your home away from home. We were able to walk the beach daily within a block from our home. So clean and the beds were comfortable. We actually walked to Crabby Bills from here… way easier than driving in traffic. Sweetest ice cream parlor around the corner as well with great prices. Would highly recommend staying here.

Wonderful Vacation Spot

We were very happy with the accommodations, it was clean and comfortable. The bed was one of the best parts of the stay. It was very comfortable! A good nights rest on vacation is important .
