This property features a guest unit with a private entrance, 1 bedroom with a cozy queen bed, a lovely bathroom with a shower, and essential amenities like a hair dryer and cleaned towels, has a fully functioning and equiped kitchen with coffee maker, toaster and blender. Guests also have a outside seating area where you can relax and enjoy the incredible Banyan tree we have on our patio . This property is centrally-located, 5 min to Downtown St. Pete Bars and Restaurants, the beautiful pier and marina where you can enjoy the amazing waterfront views, the walks at the park and visit the museum of fine arts and the Salvador Dali museum that is one unforgettable experience you can't miss.
