The Space:

Welcome to The Pearl, a luxurious Clearwater Beach retreat designed for travelers who want the sand, the sunsets, and the amenities all in one place. This stunning 7-bedroom home features 7 full baths and 2 half baths, nearly 4,600 square feet of beautifully curated interior living space, and effortless indoor-outdoor flow with balconies, covered patios, and a fully equipped rooftop deck with a ping pong table, corn hole, sun loungers and seating overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Step through your private beach access to a sandy area set up with lounge chairs, then rinse off in the outdoor shower and slip into your own resort-style pool featuring a sun shelf and oversized spa. The pool deck is built for sunny days with chaise loungers and bar-height dining, while the covered patio brings the fun into the shade with 3 HDTVs, soft seating, room for 14 to dine, and a beverage fridge with an ice maker to keep drinks cold. Just off the pool, an open-air patio offers a grill for casual cookouts. Surrounded by tropical landscaping and designed with everything you need for relaxing, celebrating, and spending time together, this home delivers the kind of Clearwater Beach experience you’ll want to repeat year after year.



Floor Plan Description (by level):



Ground Level:

The ground floor begins with a private foyer offering both stair and elevator access to the upper levels. This level includes garage parking for 2 vehicles and driveway parking for 2 additional ones. Just beyond the foyer, your private beach access makes it easy to move between the sand and the home, with an outdoor shower conveniently placed inside the gate. The pool deck sits just steps away and features the resort-style pool and oversized spa, along with the outdoor seating, TVs, and entertainment amenities described above. Beach volleyball, jazzminton, and Kan Jam are provided for friendly competition on the sand. It’s a well-organized space that’s meant for laid-back luxury, warm breezes, and hours of poolside relaxation.



The First Level of Living (2nd Floor):

This main level centers around the open-concept great room with a large living area, dining for 18, and a chef’s kitchen with double ovens, 2 dishwashers, a pantry and an island with seating for 5. Expansive windows and sliding glass doors fill the space with natural light and open to a furnished balcony directly off the kitchen, offering bar top dining for 6, additional soft seating, and stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico and Clearwater Beach. The living area includes soft seating, a media center (80"+ Smart TV w/ Surround Sound), and 4 dedicated workspaces (if you really have to work). The kitchen features top-notch appliances along with elegant finishes and a spacious layout designed for both everyday meals and entertaining. Two bedrooms are located on this level: Bedroom 3 features a king bed, TV, built-in ledge seating, and en suite bath; Bedroom 7 is a bunk room with 2 queen-over-queen bunks, individual TVs for both lower bunks and an extra TV on the wall, and an en suite bath with shower/tub combination. A laundry room with dual stacked washer/dryers, sink, and folding counter adds convenience to this level.



The Second Level of Living (3rd Floor):

This level is the private sanctuary of the home, where comfort and coastal luxury come together. The Master Bedroom 1 that's on this level feels like a true escape. Even the walk-in closet in the Master Bedroom 1 has Gulf Views! Rooftop Deck:

Up here, you’ll find the perfect mix of sun and shade, with both open-air and covered spaces designed for relaxing and entertaining. The covered area features dining for 10, a beverage fridge, and an ice maker—perfect for enjoying your favorite drink as the sun sets over the water. Step into the open section and you’ll find a turfed area with four loungers, a cocktail table, ping pong table, outdoor connect 4 and corn hole. Just off the rooftop, Master Bedroom 2 serves as a private retreat with a king bed, an en suite bathroom with a shower, and a private balcony with soft seating where you can unwind and take in the beautiful beach views—an incredible way to start or end your day in paradise.



Getting Around:

This property is ideally located just steps from Clearwater Beach and its vibrant entertainment district, offering easy access to local restaurants, shops, marinas, and attractions. You’re within walking or biking distance to everything Clearwater has to offer, and the nearby Jolley Trolley provides effortless transportation to destinations up and down the beach, all the way to St. Pete. For even more adventure, Tampa’s performing arts venues, sporting events, theme parks, and restaurants are all within an hour’s drive, while Orlando’s world-famous attractions are about 1.5 hours away.
