Beach Place #301- This is a recently remodeled charming 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo with views of John's Pass waterway, Bridge & Village, is conveniently located steps from the beautiful beaches, heated swimming pool and all the amenities Beach Place offers - perfect for up to six people! Free Wifi Please note this condo has ONE parking spot. There is no additional parking available at Beach Place for other vehicles.

You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.

Guests will notice the open floor plan upon entering. The bright and well equipped full kitchen is fully stocked with utensils for any of your cooking needs while opening up to the spacious living area. Bar seating as well as large kitchen table, provides plenty of room for meals or playing games. The outside balcony showcases a great view of John's Pass Village, located directly across the street and less than a five minute walk.

The master bedroom offers lots of space, comfortable king sized bed, television and attached master bath. The roomy, second guestroom, with its soothing decor, has two queen beds, making this a great home for families or groups. As with every SunHost property, linens, extra towels and pillows are all stocked, and ready for you upon arrival. This is a non smoking property. WIFI is provided as well as one parking space for this home. When staying in a SunHost unit you will also have access to 7 day a week office staff, office services (copying, print boarding passes etc.) We also have maintenance available 7 days a week if you experience any issues at the property and a 24 hour emergency on call person. This is a non smoking unit.

Nice condo/great location!

This condo is on the beach side of Gulf Blvd. Pool area is small, but the beach is right there. The unit itself was spacious and had all the necessary amenities. My only negatives would be with the bedding in both rooms. All comforters had minor stains on them and the mattress in the king room could be replaced. It is definitely worn out. Lastly, the beds are not attached to the headboards. The condo is within easy walking distance to John’s Pass, and other restaurants. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would return to Beach Place.

Our stay was great! The condo was clean and comfy! The only negative is that the gate handles that open the pool and beach access sometimes didn’t work. The keypad would show a green light once the code was entered, but the gate would fail to unlock.

Beautiful property, loved the location. Condo beautifully decorated and clean. Beds were awesome. Plenty of room for 5 adults. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great pool area and beach. Will definitely stay there again !!!!

5 days at Madeira Beach

The location was great and the view was as described. The layout of the apartment was great and it was nicely decorated in a beach motif. However, it needs to be refreshed and needs a good cleaning. The towels and sheets should be replaced as they were very worn and dingy. we actually washed the sheets before we used them. Otherwise, it was a pleasant stay and we would stay again, but in a different apartment.

Overall our stay was great. The unit was clean and furniture was nice. The pool area has plenty of chairs and we never felt crowded with the other visitors. The office staff was super friendly. The only thing I wish I would have realized prior to renting is that there is no visitor parking at all. We are from the area and our family had to pay to park in public lots to visit. The noise from the bridge off the balcony was a bit noisy in the middle of the night also. We were there on a holiday weekend so it may have been a bit more crowded than usual. We will consider renting again but will look into a beachfront unit next time.

Quite Satisfactory

We enjoyed our stay although there were a few minor items that needs some improvement ( add safety bar in bathrooms. Almost slipped in shower. Cookware somewhat old, missing lids on pots etc.). Overall the unit was clean and comfortable, parking was fine and location was great. Priced reasonable. Not likely to return but again not bad.
