Great location and set up for family of 4. Walking distance to beach, food and shopping. Beach chairs were a great added amenity. Property manager was quick with communications. Only negative was the bed was very creaky. Frequent wake ups when you or spouse rolled over.

My girlfriend and I really enjoyed this place. Interior was recently remodeled, all appliances and A/C worked seamlessly. The host was quick to respond to any messages, and the location is in a prime spot.

Excellent Little Beach Condo

Booked this beach condo for a family vacation of 3. The place was really nice! Seemed newly remodeled and had everything a small group would need. Super close location to Clearwater Beach. We walked to the beach easily everyday. The beach wagon, umbrella, chairs, and toys supplied worked out great!! It was located within walking distance of the main Pier area. There is a great little restaurant/bar named Reefers that was steps out of the front door too! Only areas of improvement would be the parking situation and the creeky bed. We spent our days on the beach so we slept well overall, but every time you would move the bed was really loud. The bigger issue was the parking. Clearwater charges for on street parking (3.90 per hour I believe from 6am-11pm) There is no designated spot for the condo itself but the host thankfully was able to give us the location of 3 free spots in the general area. Any time I would see a free location open I would run out to park there. If you find one of those spots you’re in good shape and can walk or even ride the Jolly Trolley about anywhere you’d want to go. Just wanted to give a heads up to those going there. Overall the place and our stay was great! Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient beach location!
