We found the Casa Coquina a beautiful beach home with everything provided. The pool is fabulous- the new building structure is so very quiet - zero disturbance for sleeping and the AC - hot water - pool temperature - Anna has a gold mine in this property. We had a wonderful vacation week.

This is an amazing beach home; the pool was great for the kids and grandkids. We had everything we needed for an amazing stay. Beach access was just around the corner, and the pool was sparkling clean. We cooked every meal here with the well-appointed kitchen and the extra spices were much appreciated. The sunsets from the rooftop deck were equally enjoyable. Everything was as advertised, Highly Recommend!

Great place, short walk to the beach. Close to the best coffee at Gulf Surf Cafe’! House is loaded with everything you’ll need to create an excellent trip so if you’re flying you won’t have to purchase anything. Host was excellent at communicating and we enjoyed our stay. There were 10 in our family and the rooming was spacious and comfortable. It was nice to have a large patio and pool area as well as a rooftop option!

Indian Rocks Beach

We had an amazing stay at Casa Coquina! The rooftop view was stunning and our daughters loved the pool! We received several messages about check-in prior to our trip that were very helpful, and it was easy to communicate with Anna - the property manager. We will be back to enjoy this wonderful property again!
