This unit is #5 of 6 (property is perfect for small family reunions, wedding parties or friend-cations) with a large outside patio common area, perfect for relaxing or cooling off. This space feels like your are in your own backyard brick patio with a large covered grill, fire pit, water fountain and seating for each unit as well as larger tables with umbrellas for outdoor dining. An outdoor shower to wash off the sand after a day at the beach. Beach chairs and beach towels are included in each unit. The common area has beach toys, coolers and even beach wagons are available on a first come, first serve basis.
This first floor 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath is called the Manatee, it features two brand new and super comfortable QUEEN BEDS, large closets with Smart TVs and a large living room area with 2 sofas, dining area table and chairs and barstools for the kitchen counter, bathrooms have a shower and a tub/shower combination with shampoo, conditioner and body wash, hair dryer and towels. A FULL KITCHEN includes a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, keurig coffee maker, toaster, sink, and it is fully stocked with utensils, dinnerware, silverware, glassware, cookware and more!
Brand new Mini Splits (A/C, heat, dehumidifiers) will keep your unit as ICE COLD or as warm as YOU want it to be!
Laundry facilities are also located in the common area for longer stays.
Playpens, high chairs are available upon request.

Host was very accommodating. Unit was very nice. The 4 stars is because the beach chairs were not in our unit. Also, there was no toilet paper, garbage bags, or dishwasher detergent. Cleaning staff rectified both the chairs and the TP situation.
