Newly Remodeled Deluxe Studio-No storm damage

Thoroughly modern studio of approximately 325 square feet. Everything is new.. It has a complete kitchen and both the kitchen and bathroom are generous in size. The sleeping area is approximately 150 square feet of the 325 mentioned. There is ample storage space and all things are furnished. The beach is 75 steps away. Less than a 2 minute walk. I provide everything you’ll need including beach equipment, linens, towels and everything for the kitchen. If you drive you’ll have free parking in a private driveway 10 steps away. You don’t need a car for this location. Most everything is within a half mile. Laundry facilities are available on the property. A lot of thought has gone into the unit and it’s modern in style. We had a great stay here! Joe kept in touch with us to ensure we had everything we needed. The studio was very clean and was the perfect space for the two of us. We really enjoyed using the grill and the outdoor space. The location is great—very close to the beach and just a short walk to the restaurants and shops. Beach chairs and umbrella were provided for use during our stay as well. We definitely recommend this property and I’m sure we will be back!
