The condo was as described, with everything needed for a comfortable stay: easy beach access and well-maintained grounds. Not much to do within walking distance but there is a beach trolley that stops right out front. Not having a washer/dryer in the condo was a bit inconvenient as it's 3.75 per load and on the 4th floor. Check-in and communication with the rental agency went smoothly.

Peaceful stay and fantastic sunrises.
Fantastic sunrises and dolphins were visible three days. Easy walk across the street to walk the beach. Residents were friendly and helpful. Overall a great stay.

The rental was great and the view of the coast from the balcony is expectacular. We loved the apartment as it was very clean and fully equipped with everything we needed at a reasonable price range. The beautiful golf beaches are just a short walk across the street.
The only negative I can point out is about the pool size and restrictions around it, you are not allowed to bring floating toys in the pool, which is a little disappointing if you are on a family vacation with small kids. There are also a lot of retirees that often use the pool and sometimes seemed to be annoyed with our presence there.
Overall great vacation though!
