This charming 2-bedroom home in St. Petersburg, FL, offers a king bed in the master, a queen bed, and a sunroom futon. Located just 1 mile from downtown nightlife and 20 minutes from beautiful beaches, it`s also within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and entertainment. Across the street, enjoy a lake with walking trails, dog parks, and pickleball courts. Perfect for vacation or work, this pet-friendly home is ideal for family and friends. We’d love to host you!

- Only guests listed in the reservation are permitted to stay overnight. All other visitors must leave by 11:00 a.m.
- Please leave the space as clean as possible upon departure. Place used towels in the bathroom on the tub, leave used beds unmade, and empty all trash into the outdoor bins.
- **No wild or loud parties.** If neighbors report disturbances or the police are called, you and your guests will be asked to leave immediately.
- **Pet Policy:** Pets must be listed in your booking, and the pet fee must be paid. Clean up all pet waste, and do not allow pets to dig holes. Additional cleaning or yard repairs will result in a $250 fee.
- All units are 100% non-smoking. If any smoke odors are detected (marijuana, tobacco, or other substances), a $250 fee will be charged for disinfection and ozone treatment.

Disliked: Cleanliness
I was unable to stay at this property due to concerns about the verification process. The management requested a photo of myself holding my driver’s license, to be sent via email, text, or chat. I found this method insecure for sharing sensitive information and offered to use alternative, secure verification methods. Unfortunately, no other options were provided, and the issue remained unresolved by my arrival date, forcing me to cancel my booking and find alternative accommodations. This resulted in an inconvenient and costly experience. Additionally, after the cancellation, I was solicited to book directly with the property management for future stays, which added to my concerns about their practices. I hope this feedback encourages more secure and guest-friendly verification processes and better alignment with platform standards.
