We had a great experience, the only thing that I would highly suggest, and I don’t know if it’s VRBO’s doing, or if it is the owners way of handling lots of questions. But the AI response to my questions felt very and personable. I would suggest that there’s more contact with a live person instead of an AI. I own properties as well, and we are in contact with them one on one once it is closer to their arrival and throughout their stay.I did speak with the owner the day that we checked in, and he did accommodate us for checking in early due to our circumstances and I really, appreciate that.
