Great location for any St. Louis fun. Our bathroom had a newer sliding barn type door which was very hard to open & close, especially for a handicapped accessible room. Everything else was great!

Overall the hotel was great - good room, good breakfast, great staff, and beautiful original architecture preserved throughout the space. Good transit options lots of parking options nearby: street, open air lot, garage and not a bad walk when warm from the MetroLink (about 15 minutes) and very walkable to Enterprise Center and some nearby bars/restaurants. Only negative is that the hotel is right by the central library some there were some homeless individuals occasionally outside the hotel (the staff did a great job keeping them from inside the Hotel). They didn't bother us but it was very cold so I could imagine it being a bit worse when the weather is better.

We stayed for a week and our beds were only made once. We asked multiple times at the front desk and the room was only cleaned once. We also had to go to the front desk every day to get clean towels. We've stayed at the Hilton many times over the years and never had this issue before. I would definitely not recommend this location again.

Downtown is a beautiful place. Problem is the tents on the sidewalks houses the homeless. Not a safe place to stay. Our shower was dirty and you could hear the elevators all hours of the night.there is an extra $45.00 a night to park the car, there is nothing to do close by, the restaurants and bars close early. The staff was very nice and respectful.

Great Experience

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and breakfast bar had a good selection each day. Our room had a nice view downtown St.Louis.
