Beautiful Home, Gorgeous View, Amazing Stay!

Our group of 10 had the most wonderful time staying at Paraiso Azul during our recent trip to St. John! It is a beautiful home, the view is beyond amazing, and the concierge team is supportive and highly communicative. It was the perfect "home away from home" in paradise!

Blue Paradise!

We had an amazing family vacation! The home was beautiful and perfect for our family getaway. The room layout was great - everyone had plenty of their own space with the bedrooms being separate from the living area and the great room was perfect for everyone getting together. The house was equipt with everything we needed for cooking and beach going with towels and beach chairs etc. The pool and hot tub were clean and well taken care of. The property itself was amazing and view was unbelievable! The only thing I will mention for prospective renters is that the driveway is steep which was fine for our group and is the norm on St. John but does make it a little tricky for cabs, so renting a car(s) is a smart decision. Overall we had an amazing week staying at this gorgeous house and exploring St. John. Jared and Keri made our whole experience extremely easy and we would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful property and views

10 of us had one of the best vacations in a long time. The home layout provided ample privacy while providing for a wonderful gathering place as well. Now if we could just get those St. Johnians to drive on the correct side of the road like they do here at home! 😁

Great stay

We had a great time and this is a great listing. The kitchen & main room are combined in 1 big room that is not connected to the bedrooms. This main room does not have air conditioning & it gets hot in there, especially when cooking dinner. There is a nice breeze when sliding doors are opened, but all the men in my family were uncomfortably hot in the main room where you hang out all week. The bedrooms are all separate from the main house & bedrooms do have AC. This house has an amazing view, 2 fridges, a grill, hot tub, beach chairs/towels, a beach cooler, all the amenities you could ask for. Jared was great, we had a great time. Enjoyed the large outdoor space and pool, it’s close to Cruz Bay. My family loved this place, but also said due to lack of AC in main room they would prefer to stay at a diff place next time.

Island paradise

Our family of 10 enjoyed the comfort of this villa. It provided perfect relaxation and family bond time. We relaxed in the outdoor seating area and appreciated the fabulous water views, enjoyed time in the navy blue chaise watching the stars, enabled us to cool off in the pool, and provided comfortable bedroom accommodations. It was a family adventure we will not soon forget! Thanks to Jared and Keri for their care for us. Wonderful wonderful experience.

Family vacation

We had a great time with our children and grand children. House was perfect for our family of 10. We have been visiting St John for about 25 years , but this was the first visit for our kids. I could not have picked a nicer Villa than this for their first visit. Gonna be hard to top this!

You won’t Regret Your Stay Here

Five couples enjoyed our time together in this beautiful home on St. John. The location was perfect to get to everything easily on the island. It was a perfect location to relax on the porch, by the pool, or inside. We appreciated the extra refrigerator for drinks and the coolers for beach days. Every bedroom was clean and comfortable. The views were gorgeous all day long from the sunrise to watching the stars at night. The kitchen was well stocked and the home is clean. Jared and Keri were always responsive whenever we had a question before we arrived and as we were there. We would recommend this home to anyone!

Amazing, super clean property!!

What an amazing vacation we had in St. John, especially because our home away from home was unbelievable! The pictures of Paradiso Azul does not do it justice! First of all, the villa is SPOTLESS! I have OCD and am overly picky about cleanliness and I could not find an issue. Second, the house is beautifully decorated and any item you could imagine is in the villa! Third, the host, Jared, and his connoisseur, Keri, were amazing!! Any question or recommendation is answered immediately! Lastly, this is just a wonderful property and if you are fortunate enough to book it, you will not regret it!!!

Incredible Family Friendly Property

From the beginning to the end the property continually impressed our group. The first views through the gate of the bay to the cozy living quarters the property is fantastic. Early morning soaks in the jacuzzi overlooking the bay watching the sunrise. I highly recommend this property. The management team was responsive when needed.

Amazing property

We had a wonderful stay at the villa. The property was beautifully decorated and bigger than it seems in the pictures. We traveled with a large group ranging in ages from 90 to 14 and all enjoyed it! Jared was a wonderful host.

Highly Recommended Water-view Villa !!

Our group of 8 absolutely loved this property and would highly recommend it to others. The Villa is perfect for larger groups with 5 king bedrooms all with an amazing view of Rendevouz Bay !! The main deck is a great place to watch beautiful sunrises and sunsets and hang out by the pool. The Villa is very well stocked with everything you would need to prepare your own meals including a nice outdoor grill and a second refrigerator Jared and Keri were awesome to work with and very accommodating and responsive !! We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again Thanks !!

An awesome place on St. John USVI

My extended family and I loved our stay at this property. The view over the water, the constant and steady breeze, and access to the saltwater pool made hanging out on the deck a real pleasure - particularly in the evenings when all the stars were out. The house was very roomy, comfy, clean, and well-supplied. And it is in a great location - only a 6 minute drive from grocery story and restaurants of Cruz Bay. About a 15-25 minute drive to the gorgeous North Shore Beaches (depending on which beach). The property managers were very responsive when we called them about a couple of little issues while we were there. Would definitely go again.

Wow!

We ran across this listing last year and we’re lucky enough to book it. St John in itself is awesome but staying in this house made it so much better. Waking up to the view from this property every day was amazing. The house was well stocked and very comfortable for our party of 9. Very close proximity to town and to the beaches. Jared, the owner, was super helpful and communicative. If this place is available, book it. You won’t regret it.

A week in paradise!

We absolutely loved our stay at this gorgeous property! Everything was perfect-the incredible view, the furnishings, not too far from town or beaches but secluded enough for privacy, etc. etc. It was a great setup for our family of five plus two sets of parents-every room has its own bathroom, so nice. Communication was stellar throughout the whole process. We loved every minute and never wanted to leave. :)

Great location and amazing views!

The views from this property are AMAZING! We truly enjoyed our stay. The location was great for quick trips to Cruz Bay and all of the beaches on the north shore. The setup of the house is perfect for a large group with multiple couples. Everyone had their privacy and space when needed. And the common areas were large enough for us to all hang out together. You can’t go wrong with this property. Once you see the view you won’t want to leave!
