This is a beautiful property up in the hills. Very private, yet a short drive(5-10 mins maybe) to town. At check in we got a little lost following the GPS at the last turn, but found the small road sign quickly to point us in the right direction. There were 2 things that stood out to me while staying here, the generator and the private master suite! The power went out every night of our stay at 11pm. The generator popped right on and we were able to stay cool with the AC. The private suite was so peaceful and our older kids enjoyed having the main house. I loved the charm of the place with the wood beam ceilings and rock walls. If your looking for a great view, with AC, pool, generator, and charm rent this place! If we return to St. John, we would opt for the lesser view and stay lower down the hill, closer to the town and beaches. Nothing against this place, our kids just prefer resorts on the beach with lots of people, but that wasn't available during our stay.
