Wonderful stay, perfect location, friendly welcome

Wonderful experience, very friendly welcome, many really appreciated small details, like good quality teas, biscuits, water and hot chocolate in the room, bathroom stocked with cotton wool and good quality shampoo shower gel etc. The room was very well maintained, it wasn´t so big (we booked the last room available) but big enough and very comfortable and cosy. The bathroom was a good size and very well maintained. Breakfast was great, with lovely luxury fresh fruit salad with different yoghourts, cereals and high quality muesli and a choice of full breakfast, omelette, fish and veggie opition with toast and tea or coffee... a great way to start the day and all cooked to perfection and served by the couple who run the B&B who were warm and helpful throughout the stay. The location was perfect, overlooking a surfing beach (if you can get a room with a seaview I would recommend it, though you can also see the view from the breakfast room) a few couple of mintues downhill to the town centre where you will find plenty of shops and restaurants to choose from. Highly recommended!

Alojamiento muy acogedor.

Servicio muy atento, amable y detallista. Todo muy limpio y bien decorado. La habitación confortable, aunque un poco pequeña. El desayuno muy bueno. La ubicación en una zona tranquila, muy cerca del centro. Recomendable. Nosotros sin duda repetiríamos.

Oh my god - what can I say- this place is amazing- with a breakfast the way BnB’s used to be done- excellent quality food, full breakfasts’ and hosts that actually care about your stay. This type of service is hard to find these days. Highly recommend!

Thank you Charlotte and Gavin for a wonderful stay at your superb Guest House. A really nice friendly welcome from the excellent hosts, spotlessly clean room with everything I needed. Breakfasts were a delight. Certainly one of the best Guest Houses I have ever stayed in and would certainly return if back in St. Ives. Thank you and all the very best for the best for the future. Excellent Stay - Highly Recommend! Tregony Guest House was the perfect choice for our trip. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the location couldn’t have been better - just a short walk to the beach and close to local shops and restaurants. Breakfast each morning was fresh, tasty, and a real highlight of our stay. The hosts were warm, friendly, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

The room was beautiful, clean. It has coffee, a variety of teas, milk and water bottles. Breakfast very good variety. Fresh fruit, juice, cereals and full breakfast, omelette and fish to choose from. The couple was friendly and welcoming.

Charlotte and Gavin were very friendly and attentive. The room was clean and quiet, and the breakfast was great! The location was fantastic, parking was a bit tricky in busy council carparks but this is a St. Ives problem and not related to property. Overall a lovely experience, and we would reccomend it.

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful room with the most amazing sea view! Beautiful bay windows that allows you to enjoy the view to the fullest. The hosts are wonderful and really welcoming. Great quality breakfast as well with many choices for cooked options.

Beautiful place, great food, thoughtful hosts

Beautiful and comfortable guesthouse very near the heart of St Ives. My hosts were lovely and friendly, the food delicious and I really appreciated the thoughtful touches (e.g. gluten-free bars provided for me in my room). I really recommend this guesthouse.

Little gem in St. Ives

Lovely little guest house and the hosts were really kind, attentive and helpful. We stayed in double ensuite room (Room 5) which had stunning views of Clodgy Point, Porthmeor Beach and the armchairs helped soak in the views every morning and evening during our stay. Also couldn't fault the breakfast which was an added bonus. Looking forward to my stay.

The owners of this guest house are very sweet and accommodating. The view of the Celtic Sea from our room gave me peace and the location is second to none. St. Ives is a magical place, but this stay made it that much better.

We liked the place a lot. Optimally placed close to the city center, great service from very friendly owners who did all they could to make our stay in St. Ives perfect, nice and clean, excellent breakfasts. Highly recommended!

Amazing B&B in St Ives

Lovely B&B . My room had the most amazing views . Lots of choices for breakfast and very attentive hosts. Highly recommended and I wont hesitate to stay again.
