Sue the person who greeted us at the reception desk was superb, friendly, helpful and went above and beyond in the services she provided. The rest of the staff were great as well and friendly! Our stay in the hotel room which had a living room area was very comfortable and the views of the ocean right at your door were awesome! I liked the quirky layout of the room, #19, and its amenities. This hotel is in a great location in St Ives to potter about. Highly recommended!

We stayed in a beautiful room with a fabulous view. It didn’t feel like a hotel, more like your own bedroom at home so nice and homely. Following its recent refurbishment on the whole it’s a lovely job. Would we stay again, yes we would.
