Refrigerator made loud noise all night. push pins came from bed and laying on floor where they could have caused severe foot injuries. Very tiny space no room for suitcases to be opened and out of the way

When we got there and opened door a very stale smoke odor hit us. I have asthma and this is a problem for me. I contacted owner who said she would send cleaning person out with more cleaning supplies and ionizer. My husband and i went to dollar general and bought 2 plugins odor neutralizing came back and put in room. We also opened window. We went to dinner and owner sent me a message that cleaner went to the room and it seened fine. FIRST of all if the cleaner didnt notice it before I checked in why would they notice it then. We did NOT take any clothes into the room at all so our clothes etc...would not take on odor. Also the lock on the door had been put in leaving a hole around part of it, which we stuffed a napkin in. The dehumidifier or whatever it was that had a hose out the window was not even put in correctly and anyone could have gotten in we took it out so we could CLOSE window at night. We did not use any of the accessories in kitchen at all as we did not need to. I do have to say it seemed clean, but would never stay there again due to the smell. I had to constantly use my inhaler and i did let owner know it was NOT better after cleaning person had gone back in.

Space was exactly like the listing, with a parking spot right out front. Less than 10 minute walk to restaurants and the Ferry Launch. Host was quickly responsive, although we had no issues during our stay. Check out was simple, just lock the door! Loved not having to play maid service like with other properties. Would recommend, and saved for future visits!

Overall it was good. We didn't realize there would be other units attached to our unit. The owner was not specific with which unit was ours or our code to get in. I searched all correspondence trying to find this information and finally had to email the owner. It took about 10-15 minutes to finally get in. There was only one washcloth per person for 5 days four nights. Two towels per person. When I asked the owner they said there was no daily refresh on towels and that we had enough for our stay. If you go take extra towels and washcloths. Also take your own pillows. The unit was clean.

The unit was not clean when checking in but the host and housekeeper corrected this immediately. The unit is smaller than what is represented in photos but is updated and clean. Would recommend this for a short stay period.

It was a nice clean place and cozy. But we didn't know that there were 5 units in the building. Didn't know which unit was ours until the property manager helped us. So, maybe communicate better with your guests prior to arrival as to which unit is the one that is theirs. Also, could use more hooks in the bathroom to hang things and a blackout panel would've been nice on the entry door. Too much light from the street light.

Excellent stay

Cute little studio! Easy to book and check in and out. Close to the water and curd places for food and drink. Air fresheners give me a headache, but I know some people like that. I just unplugged it. And the bed is soft.
