Property needs to be maintained. A couple of us staying at the location were shocked by electricity when the screw on the wall plug was touched. Also when the stove was touched

The property is close to the port and areas surrounding the Grenada Carnival. The property is in need of maintenance and proper upkeep. The AC unit and toilet both leaked.

I was so upset. 1 There was no Air conditioner. There was only a fan that blue hot air 2 The toilet did not work at all. I had to wait for the toilet to flush for 24 hours. 3 No TV all. I had to stay in a small room with entertainment 4 The fridge had no way to plug. I had to ask the owner fix the fridge 5 There was no security to make sure i was safe. 6 This was not a hotel. This was an aprment complex which people rent. I woukd never come back to this place to sleep or rest my head. I Hate it there

The room I was assigned is not provided in photographs. Smelled, horrible. Dead lizard dropped to floor when door was opened. One room does not have aircondition. Amenities are very old, worn and dated. The 2 front rooms should not be made available to be rented.

I enjoyed my stay. They are all very welcoming, nice, understanding and make you feel comfortable at home. Good place location when attending Carnival, Boat Cruises is within walking distance. Also they will help you If you are in need of a Taxi and Tours around the Island.

Stayed both in the Basic and Luxury room. The former is just about bearable if you need to crash for the night. The latter is OK by Caribbean-town standards unless you want to use the kitchen which is just an assembly of empty cubbards. Both rooms are terrible value for the money but seem to be the only option within walking distance to the ferry. Avoid if you can.
