**BRAND NEW 13' x 26' pebbletec pool with sun shelf and HUGE 1200 SF pool deck. This pool was built for families in mind. It can be heated for a fee. Please message for details. There is a new HOT & Cold outdoor shower under the deck. ****

Recently updated home with new luxury vinyl tile throughout. Inside you will find a well appointed kitchen with breakfast bar and stools. Brand new dishwasher and refrigerator installed March 2022. Dining table to seat 8, and laundry room just off the kitchen. Large deck offers beautiful space to dine and relax al fresco. 4 bedrooms will offer ample sleeping space for 9 plus a new queen sleeper sofa in the living room to sleep a total of 11 guests. The home also comes with a large carport. Perfect to park taller vehicles or boats. Just a short walk to the beach or to the bike path.

We have a 6 seater gas golf cart that is available to rent for $400/week. Please message us to confirm availability!

A Fantastic Stay With Family!

We had a family trip with our grown children an grandchildren. This house was perfect. The pool and golf cart were a complete hit with all! The kitchen was FULLY stocked and the rest of house was roomy, clean, and so close to the beach. We travel a lot, and this place has the most beautiful sunsets we've ever seen!
