Situated in the heart of the island, this beautiful beachfront home offers spectacular beach access, a private 12 x 28 foot long pool with ample loungers and cozy seating and a separate hot tub.

Step inside this lovely, appointed home to a experience the wonderful open floor plan with all new luxury vinyl plank floors, bright and airy kitchen with quartz countertops and all new stainless steel appliances.
Open to the living and dining room with fabulous views from every angle!
The King Master room provides flat screen TV, large en-suite bathroom with soaker tub, separate shower, water closet and double vanity, plus beach and Gulf views. Another King room has flat screen TV, en-suite bathroom with separate stand-alone shower. Both masters have spectacular beach views.
The third bedroom is street-side with King bed, flat screen TV, and en-suite bathroom with a tub and shower combo. The fourth bedroom is also on the street-side of the house with a single bunk bed, sleeper sofa, and flat screen TV. The fourth and common bathroom has a tub and shower combination and sits adjacent to the fourth bedroom. The large covered deck features ample eating for the whole family to enjoy the sight and sounds of the Gulf of Mexico.
