The exterior of this home offers under house concrete parking and a convenient covered entry. A private boardwalk takes you to the sandy shore and an enclosed outdoor shower will greet you after a full day at the beach. A park-style grill and fish cleaning station are at the ready for your fresh from Florida catch. Exterior staircases to every floor provide quick access to the beach!The first floor offers plenty of sleeping space. The SW king bedroom enjoys a TV, direct access to the covered Gulf view deck and a full private bathroom with twin sinks.



The second floor features the open-concept living area with a bonus sunroom, polished wood ceilings, and hardwood floors. Gorgeous views can be seen from every angle. The remodeled kitchen features high-end stainless appliances including a six-burner gas stove. The breakfast bar seats four for coffee and conversation.
