My greeting upon arrival was not welcoming at all. The only people who gave me a smile were the housekeepers. The women running the front desk never looked up when I walked by the desk. Not friendly at all.

This hotel had leaky faucets, our pull-out did not have bedding and there was no extra bedding in the room. Staff is neutral but a warm welcome goes a long way. Pancake machine was broken. Linen and towels had stains. The beds were comfortable.
