I had to extend my stay one more night, and the front desk person wasn’t helpful at all. He was more focused on his laptop watching the game while “speaking” to me at the same time; I had to repeat myself a few times so that he understood that I needed to extend my stay. Not only he wasn’t giving undivided attention, he made me move rooms and didn’t honor my rate and gave me a higher one. I won’t be staying here in the future. Upper management needs to train these people better.

A little outdated and the beds weren't very comfortable, but it was clean, quiet, and in budget so nothing to complain about. Overall a good stay!

Staff was prompt, kind, and helpful. Breakfast good value for the money. Pool was neat and fun. So glad it was there with 105 degree heat. Room was clean and comfortable. I’d stay again.

The room was clean and comfortable. I did find the AC unit to be very loud when turning on. After getting very little sleep the first night, had to wear ear plugs to keep from getting woken up each time it turned on. The breakfast was just ok with minimal options.

This hotel never fails to impress. My family usually stays here on our way to CA and enjoy it for the short time we are there. Clean, modern, great breakfast, quiet, nice/safe feeling area and fun pool with slide. We will keep booking every time we drive through the area.

It is a comfortable, adequate budget-friendly hotel. Its rooms are quite spacious and quite clean. But some of the hardware is showing their age. The old-style air conditioning unit blows right across the beds and is not reflecting the settings at the thermostat. We had to push an armchair in front of the blower vent to divert its output so that cold air would not be blowing at our faces when we're in bed. A table lamp was giving off the distinct odor of something burning. Luckily, we noticed it and turned it off before anything worse happened.

Honestly the room was great the bed was comfy and our son loved the pull out couch. Breakfast was good. The pool is so dirty. And it’s an indoor pool. I’ve actually never left a review for a hotel before but thought I would warn people. The pool is dirty, there is a buildup of residue on the pool walls and the bottom is pretty dirty, lots of floating particles. So opted for the hot tub instead and it was probably about 10 degree hotter than the pool, which was chilly. I’m happy to have the clean room but we did choose this hotel for the indoor pool and weren’t comfortable using it. Also 80% of the staff was great but when we arrived we asked about early check in( we were just curious) and the front desk was rude as all get out. Middle aged woman. Honestly overall dissapointed with the stay. We will be back to Zion in a few weeks. But will never stay at this hotel again. Hope everyone else’s stay is better and the pool isn’t dirty

Hotel is in like new condition and very clean. The town of hurricane also is in the same condition, much if it is new and feels very safe. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are visiting Zion (which is about a 45 minute drive).
